Will Kammin

ASSOCIATE

Will has an interdisciplinary background in the public and private sectors where he has focused on environmental science, from marine biology in the Bering Sea to environmental permitting across the state of Alaska. Will’s research and stakeholder engagement with Pacific Northwest communities regarding marine energy development, forestry policy, and socioeconomic wellbeing allowed him to help close knowledge gaps, build consensus, and develop stakeholder defined priorities for the clean energy transition.

Will is driven to empower community members to help guide policy that centers community wellbeing and ecosystem health to create sustainable solutions for natural resource management. He has a Master of Marine Affairs degree, and a BS in oceanography, where he worked at the important intersection between science and policy.

Will can often be found in the Cascade mountains teaching his friends to ski, and biking to coffee shops in his free time.
