True Wind Collaborative supported the Oregon office of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in updating their statewide organizational strategic plan to carry them through 2030. Our team provided overall project management support to expand their capacity and ease the planning burden on TNC staff.

Throughout the process, we tracked progress and engaged directly with TNC’s Executive Leadership Team and board member liaisons as they updated their strategic plan to align with regional division priorities, conservation pillars, and organizational values. We also provided facilitation coaching and developed discussion tools for TNC conservation staff as they worked internally to set priorities and elevate new information into their broader strategic plan.
