Delaney Caslow
ASSOCIATE
Delaney has always been drawn to the human dimensions of natural resources and is passionate about creating collaborative spaces where all voices are heard and valued. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and brings experience with the public sector from her time spent working with the U.S. Forest Service’s Pacific Planning Service Group. Her background includes land management planning, survey design and implementation, logistics coordination, and community outreach.
While working with a large Federal Advisory Committee on an amendment to the Northwest Forest Plan, Delaney witnessed the importance of skilled facilitation and strategic planning in complex environmental decision-making. This experience sparked her interest in environmental collaboration. She is currently pursuing a Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation and brings her new learnings to projects with True Wind Collaborative.
When she's not working, you can find Delaney surfing, camping, baking, or making music with friends.
