Anabelle Poore

ENVIRONMENTAL COLLABORATION INTERN

Anabelle is True Wind Collaborative's Environmental Collaboration intern, focused on providing project support across the board for strategic planning, facilitation, and engagement projects. Anabelle started her journey at True Wind while also a senior at the University of Oregon, double majoring in Planning, Public Policy, and Management and Spanish. Years of volunteering on organic produce farms and an informal interest in small-scale agriculture solidified her academic focus. From choosing courses about sustainable urban planning to involvement within the sustainable business club on campus, Anabelle aligns herself with the lifelong study of Earth stewardship. A past internship with a community garden nonprofit increased her interest of the role of community engagement within environmental work, a skill she is excited to continue to develop and bring to project work with True Wind. Anabelle is also eager to bring her current and growing knowledge of natural resource issues in the Pacific Northwest through helping with project deliverables. In her free time, Anabelle enjoys trail running, skiing, and baking sourdough bread.
